These terms and conditions apply to all products referred to in the information below.

Each Guarantee starts from the date of original purchase for the period stated. Hallmark Kitchen Design’s obligations under the Guarantees are limited to repair, replacement on an exchange basis, or the issue of a refund of the costs of the goods or those parts of the goods which are defective (at Hallmarks’ sole discretion).

The Product Guarantees do not cover:

Replacements and  repairs required as a direct or indirect result of:

  • Wilful damage, negligence, accidental damage, misuse of a product;
  • Alterations or repairs made by a third party;
  • Failure to store the products correctly, post delivery.
  • Swelling, bowing, cracking, rotting , and any adverse effects due to being delivererd in to an area with high humidity, high, or low tempriture
  • Swelling, bowing, cracking, rotting and any adverse effects due to room having an on-going high humidity, high, or low tempriture reading, and/or inadequete ventalation.
  • Damaged or repairs caused by faulty or incomplete installation and/or repairs by an unauthorised person;
  • Damage caused by events outside Hallmark Kitchen Designs control, including but not limited to household fires, explosion, contact with corrosive matter, extreme weather conditions, flood or vandalism;
  • Damage caused as a result of reasonable wear and tear.
  • Damage caused or contributed to by pets, insects or other animals.

Product Guarantees

Kitchen & Bedroom Cabinets – 10 Years

Your Hallmark kitchen and bedroom cabinetry is guaranteed against issues arising from defects in the manufacturing process or raw materials.

Kitchen & Bedroom Doors – 5 Years

Your Hallmark Kitchen & Bedroom doors are guaranteed against issues arising from defects in the manufacturing process or raw materials.

Drawer Boxes by Blum – Lifetime.

All Blum products are covered by a lifetime  limited warranty for the original homeowner against defects in materials and workmanship.

Quartz Solid Worksurfaces – 15 Years.

Our Quartz Worktop is guaranteed against issues arising from defects in the manufacturing process or raw materials.

Appliance Aftercare.
