We looked around the usual multinationals and got Ian from Hallmark to come and quote as a comparison. Pleasantly surprised by his genuine, un-salesman like approach and very pleased with the design and price we forgot the big boys and went with Hallmark.
From start to finish Ian (and Matt) listened to our wish list, never pushing us. Occasionally a little nudge was needed when we suggested something that was not practical or possible but they were always right! A true personal service, it was lovely to be able to speak to them either by email or phone if we had a question and nothing was too much trouble.
The quality of the kitchen is brilliant and I smile every time I walk in there. It feels solid and long lasting and every one who visits is impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Matt and a special mention to Grant and Dan for fitting it. Many thanks.

We are extremely happy with our lovely kitchen from Hallmark. Ian was thoroughly professional from start to finish. He took time to understand our needs and likes, and was very tolerant of our indecision. Ian came up with some lovely design features that we had not seen elsewhere and now couldn’t imagine our kitchen without. He also made lots of very practical suggestions to make our kitchen work for us. He never once gave us the hard sell, instead he always made a point of showing us the cheaper options as well the more pricey. The kitchen fitter Peter, and his team, worked extremely hard, even squeezing in additional work within the original planned time frame, and all to a very high standard. Visitors have all commented on how great it looks. We are very happy to recommend this company.

Ian understood exactly what we wanted to achieve and helped us clarify and refine the design and then source the kitchen we had in mind. Having been our key design input from the start, Ian remained attentive and supportive over an extended period (over a year) whilst we managed a whole house project with the kitchen extension the main part. Having started our search around the local area and the ‘usual suspects’ we were relieved and delighted to finally find a business that didn’t rely on special offers, season sales and other hard-sell techniques. More importantly, in Hallmark we found a business that focused on our needs, design preferences and budget; working with us very closely over a matter of months to work through the options, understanding the pros and cons of each proposed solution before we reached the final design and detailed specification. A true partner for our project.

Prior to starting our renovations, we’d lived in our property for 19 years and never attempted anything more than redecorations. More than a little daunted therefore, Ian guided us carefully and patiently through every single stage – introducing design ideas that were closely considered before genuinely stepping back to listen to our comments in order to fine-tune the designs to ensure it met our needs. We have been genuinely blown away by the results which have been the centrepiece of our flat remodelling.

It has been an absolute and genuine pleasure to work with Ian and the rest of the team at Hallmark throughout the extended period of our flat renovations. From our initial contact with Ian and Matt (via Houzz) we have been constantly impressed with the customer service displayed at every stage of the process. We used Hallmark Kitchen Designs for the redesign of our kitchen in the Summer of 2015. Ian listened carefully and came up with a design that was just what we wanted and within our budget. Any alterations to the original design were carried out swiftly and the few concerns we had were very quickly addressed. We used one of Hallmark’s recommended fitters and the installation was carried out with expertise and minimum disruption.
